#Young Change Makers II
PROJECT DAYS ON EUROPEAN CLIMATE POLICY AND THE EUROPEAN GREEN DEAL
As part of the #Young Change Makers II project, EUROSOC#DIGITAL is holding 10 project days at general and vocational schools across Germany on European climate policy and the European Green Deal.
During the project day, participants will explore the climate crisis and its effects, as well as the European Green Deal, its various areas of action and its institutional background.
In an ideas workshop, participants develop sustainable participation projects in line with the European Green Deal for their own region. Various participation methods are used during the ideas workshop.
The ideas developed are then presented to political decision-makers and discussed together.

Target group
All school types from grade 10, at least 2 classes of 30 pupils each
Objectives
Raise awareness among young people about the long-term challenges of climate change and its resulting effects, show them ways to participate, and discuss their ideas with a guest from the political arena.
